First, VillagePort Publishing serves to make websites that satisfy the requirements of your project. If you’re not already familiar, insufficient requirements will lead to higher costs, longer turnaround times and less value to your intended customers/audience. If you haven’t already done so, we can work with you to properly document the key requirements of your project to provide us with clear, concise, correct and complete descriptions of your project that will help make your website successful (base rate may apply).

Second, beyond all the technical website elements, VillagePort Publishing provides website project management services and ongoing website administration services. If you don’t have a project-dedicated technical representative to interact with VillagePort, we can fill in that gap and work directly with you to execute the administrative and operational services every good website requires. Likewise, if you don’t have a webmaster to take care of all the back-end tasks of keeping a website healthy and fast, an affordable annual contract with VillagePort can fill in this role.

Last and definitely not least, 100% satisfaction is our goal, and not only because of the pride we take in our work. We know the project might need technical solutions which we simply cannot provide at this time. Or there might be financial constraints, timelines or personal circumstances which inhibit or prohibit our participation. In any case, if the best course of action is to hand over your project in its last-known-good state so that you can meet your project goals, we won’t stand in the way.
